அன்பான காரை மக்களே,
காரைநகர் உதவி அரசாங்க அதிபர், பிரதேச சபை, கிராம சேவகர் மற்றும் புலம்பெயர் காரை மக்களின் உதவியுடன் பிரித்தானியா காரை நலன்புரி சங்கம் கீழ் காணும் வேலைத்திட்டங்களை ஒருங்கமைப்பதற்கு முன்வந்துள்ளது.
1) இதன் ஒரு முன்மாதிரி திட்டமாக, களபூமி மற்றும் பாலாவோடை பகுதிகளில் உள்ள யுத்தத்தினால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு மோசமான நிலையிலுள்ள பகுதிகளை துப்பரவாக்குவதற்கு நடவடிக்கைகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். அடுத்தகட்டமாக, இதர பிரதேசங்களையும் (கோவளம், வாரிவளவு, பலகாடு, மற்றைய இடங்களையும்) துப்பரவாக்குவதற்கும் உத்தேசித்துள்ளோம்.
2) இந்த துப்பரவாக்குதல் பணியைத் தொடர்ந்து இவ்விடங்களின் வீதிகளில் சூரியக் கதிரில் இயங்கும் மின்விளக்குகளை (Solar Street Lights) பொருத்துவதற்கு திட்டம் வகுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
3) மேலும், பௌதீகவள சூழலைகொண்டு ( மண் மாதிரி, நீர்த்தேவை, இடவசதி) சரியான இடங்கள் தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்டு அவ்வவ் இடங்களுக்கு ஏற்ப மரநடுகை மேற்கொள்ளவும் உத்தேசிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேற் காணும் செயற்திட்டங்கள் மூலம் எமது காரைநகரை மேலும் செழிப்புள்ள ஒரு கிராமமாக மாற்றலாம். இவை அனைத்திற்கும் எமது காரை மக்களது (புலத்திலும், புலம்பெயர்விலுமுள்ள மக்களது )பங்களிப்பு மிகவும் தேவைப்படுவதால், கீழ்காணும் காரை நலன்புரி சங்க நிர்வாக உறுப்பினர்களோடு உடனடியாக தொடர்பு கொள்ளுமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கின்றோம்.
கனடா, சுவிஸ் , பிரான்ஸ் மற்றும் அவுஸ்திரேலிய ஆகிய நாடுகளில் உள்ள காரை மக்கள் விரும்பின் அங்குள்ள மன்றங்களின் நிர்வாகத்தினருடன் தொடர்புகளை மேற்கொண்டு மேலதிக இத் திட்டம் சம்பந்தமான தகவல்களை பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம்.

Dear Karainagarians,
Karai Welfare Society (KWS) would like to co-ordinate the following activities with the help from the AGAs, Pirathesa Sabai, GA and Karainagarians around the world:
1) As a pilot run, lands and small roads that are affected by the war and abandoned for many years, around Kalapoomy, Paalavodai will be cleared to make it safe for the people around these areas. Then, KWS plan to carry out the same activity to the lands and roads around other places like, Kovalam, Vaarivalavu, Palakaadu, etc.
2) After this massive clearing process, solar lights will be installed in these areas. This will help the people to move around at night times conveniently.
3) Then, tree plantation will be carried out on suitable and selected places depending on the biological environment (soil type, water supply, space, etc).
Through the above activities, Karainagar will be improved considerably. For all these activities we require great support from all Karainagarians (from Karainagar and from the diaspora).
